ITS Student User Satisfaction Surveys
Each year ITS run a Student survey, and in recent years these have been on-line only. Usually this survey is run in the second term (in February or March) and the results analysed and reported to the Communications & Information Technology Committee in May.
We use the feedback from the survey to help us plan service developments. A list of actions which we take to help address the comments in the survey are reported to the Committee in October, and are available here:
